1. How do I take a screenshot on Mac?

3 		= Capture the entire screen and save it as a file on the desktop. If you can’t find it on the desktop, it can be also saved on the Finder -> Recents folder. The file name will be saved as something like e “Screenshot 2020-07-18 12.22.47”.
2. How can I take a screenshot of a specific area?

4 		= click your mouse and drag the crosshair to select the area of the screen to captureRelease your mouse and the Mac then saves the captured area as a file on the desktop. The file name will be saved as something like “Screenshot 2020-07-18 12.22.47”.

The file won’t open itself. You can find it on the desktop or the Finder -> Recents folder. The file name will be saved as something like “Screenshot 2020-07-18 12.22.47”.

6. I find it very difficult to press down multiple keys at the same time. Is there any way to take a screenshot?

Open Preview -> File ->Take Screenshot.
